St. Andrew's Housing Group is dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with limited income on King County’s Eastside, empowering these families to succeed by providing housing and access to services while strengthening local communities and encouraging diversity.
Our Vision
St. Andrew's Housing Group will dramatically increase the affordable housing supply in every community it serves, be recognized as an innovator in the housing field, and successfully support each individual and family who calls our properties home We are working to help create an inviting East King County where families and individuals can choose to live regardless of income level:
- Teachers, service professionals and minimum wage earners are able to live in the same cities in which they work.
- Seniors need not leave their historic living locations simply because funds are limited or fixed.
- People who were once homeless can find permanently affordable housing and supportive services through providers that are committed to their successful transition into lives of independence and financial viability.

Here at St. Andrews Housing Group we are very proud of the quality affordable housing opportunities that you will find on the pages of this website. We provide housing for families, seniors, the disabled, the formerly homeless, and those dealing with financial hardship.
We currently have beautiful properties in Kirkland, Issaquah, Mercer Island, Bellevue and Redmond that are all within established communities, close to good schools, services and jobs. We are committed to providing housing that our residents and our communities can be proud of. Our homes are created with resident dignity, local community, and vision for the future in mind.
